Verotel - Help Needed

    Been trying to add Verotel Plugin. Followed the instructions carefully. When testing using Verotel Remote User Management I get this:

    VEROTEL ERROR: Incorrect secret code! (Details: invoice:0)

    I've verified that Secret code is correct. Any suggestions?

    For those trying to solve this issue, Verotel tell me:

    "The problem with the setup of Amember with using our system, is that we do not send a secret code back to the script after a transaction is completed. In order for your system to work with ours, you will need to leave the secret code "blank" in the Amember admin system."

    Ignore the setup instructions and just leave the secret code blank, the plugin will work fine.

    Did you get the Verotel to work (btw, which verotel type are you using, ticketsclub?)?

    According to Alex (12th aug 2008) amember have found unresolveable problems with the verotel integration so it will be removed from future versions of aMember:

    "Verotel issue is that they do not provide any integration abilities for third-party scripts like aMember. All they know about is their very basic htpasswd script. And they are not going to do anything regarding it."

    I find that very sad. amember has access to the verotel install script. SO rather than to mimic the script and its results they are going to terminat support for it?

    VEROTEL is a large billing company. I find it odd that they would toss that customer base away like that. The list of integrated plug-ins is one of the reasons we chose amembers, isn't it??
