I was wondering if there is any plugin to integrate amember with codelock?

    You mean code lock tracker?

Code lock itself you would create a product and a file link.

What are you after? I have Tracker (and the base product) it is one of the things I have on the list but put on hold when Alex told me about v4 rewrite.

Yeah I mean code lock tracker. I've got a membership site running using amember and I've got some scripts that I want to distribute for member use only. So code lock tracker does this but it doesn't tie into amember.

So I need a licensing script that will automatically turn off the script when the user stops their site subscription.

Do you have something like this available? I was told it wouldn't be until next month for the amember guys to write an integration plugin...

I'm very interested in getting this done sooner.

    :)

I will have a poke around today after another couple of requests are handled. One problem with Codelock Tracker is that the member 'link' from product(amember) to Codelock Licence is not necessarily one-to-one which is what amember wants .. the amember 'product' would need to be able to link to multiple software licences for a user .. messy :)

I actually don't even care what product is used for this. I can encode the files myself, it's just the licensing part that I'd like to connect to amember. Basically I need this:

1.) user enters license key to activate script
2.) script calls home once per day to verify it's legit against amember db.

...hmmm I think I may have just figured it out... :)

Yes well I thought you would have considered that first :)

Just remember to allow for times that your host may be offline, nothing more annoying than all your customers loose usability because you are unreachable for a short time.
