I am just setting up with CCBill. There support is great btw. Everything seems to be working, but the ammember software sends an email about 4 times a day with the following message: "ccBill datalink error: Authentication failed. 04" I am assuming it is polling more often than CCBill allows. Insight?
No. The problem can be in your server IP address. Make sure that you give correct IP of your server to ccBill datalink support. ccBill return too mane requests error in this case.
