Under aMember CP --> Advanced, I have my system set up to allow multiple products, and multiple products on Members page. I have an existing subscription to Product #1. Product #14 is set up in such a way that it's only available if you have an ACTIVE subscription to Product #1. I go to sign up a subscription to Product #14, and aMember forces me to create a new username and password. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to create a new username and password, I just want to give additional access to the existing account. Thanks --Neil
One additional point that's possibly at the root of my entire problem. I'm trying, wherever possible, to bypass the amember/member.php page (I just don't like the way it looks, and I'm trying to steer clear of it whenever I can), so the link that allows me to sign up for Product #14 takes me to the following URL: /amember/signup.php?price_group=14 Even if that's the problem, I still need to access the signup for additional products via the URL unless I want to learn Smarty and redesign the entire member.php page. Not an attractive option.
If you are going to order additional product, you must go to amember/member.php signup.php will not work in this case, and it is impossible to change. (price_group) can be used with member.php as with signup.php
