Payment Incomplete

    Hi Alex

    This may be a dumb question but...when I went into the admin cp and browse the recent payment activities, I see a lot of "Complete = No" in the payments. Why couldn't people complete the payment? Seems like they did try to submit the payment, and the amount of money was recorded by amember...it's just that the payment doesn't say complete in amember admin cp...so....no payments were made to my paypal account. Is this incomplete paypal the result of something wrong with my paypal account, my server...or something else?

    Thanks in advance alex. By the way, I'm using the free version.

    I would say something wrong with these peoples ;) - they start signup process and they are not going to pay.
    Once they see credit card info request, they went away. It is usual situation, there is a lot of such peoples and you don't have to worry.

    Alex, I have tested this myself with my own 3 paypal accounts. After payment it still is saying NOT PAID!! WHY ?

    Do you have the IPN turned on in you PayPal account with the correct passback URL?
